a. Due to Laws governing Bridge in Greece, in order to participate, you need to register with HBF. In order to do that, you must complete the form (registration form) sign it, scan it and email it to koam@hellasbridge.org, together with a copy of your passport and a photo.
b. Upon receipt of the above, you will receive an email with the Club's Bank Account, where you will have to pay for your participation fees. This will confirm your registration.
c. You must mail the form by October 9th in order for it to be processed by the HBF, so an HBF number and rank is assigned to you.
d. To book your room at the venue, please contact the hotel directly, clearly stating that you intend to play at the tournament.
